Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, along with a tracking number.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary by product, since different items ship from different fulfillment locations:
- Most products: 3-10 business days after processing.
- Select items: up to 10-16 business days after processing, depending on the item and destination.
Exact estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page before you check out.
Shipping costs
Shipping is a flat $4.99 on every order, no matter the size. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
International shipping
We currently ship to many countries worldwide. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing, and any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
